Electrical Supervisor- Sweden

Our client, a leading contractor involved in architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning services across a variety of sectors, is urgently looking for a seasoned Electrical Supervisor. As Electrical Supervisor you will lead and oversee all electrical aspects of our projects in Sandviken, Sweden. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:  

  • Supervise & lead electrical teams & workers assigning tasks, providing direction, and monitoring the performance of team members. 

  • Plan and schedule electrical works to ensure timely completion of projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to integrate electrical work with other project activities.  

  • Review electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.  

  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems ensuring proper maintenance and installation of electrical systems.  

  • Carry out tests and inspections to verify that electrical installations meet safety and performance standards implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.  

  • Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations ensuring health and safety policies and procedures.  

  • Prepare accurate weekly reports/ records of electrical works, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities ensuring accessibility for review by project managers and regulatory authorities.  

  • Participate in meetings, reviews, planning, and coordination.  

  • Perform regular inspections to identify and address any issues or delays and inform line managers. 

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment ensuring perfect working conditions and timely availability of resources. 

  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, addressing any safety concerns immediately and reporting incidents to management. 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 

  • Notable experience in a similar role within electrical & mechanical projects, preferably in the data centre sector. 

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency with electrical software and tools.
