Our Client a major multinational principal contractor working on infrastructure, datacentre, mixed use projects require an electrically biased commissioning manager to work on a large datacentre project in Sweden. The opportunity starts at an early stage after install. The desired candidate will be electrically biased and have at least 5 years previous experience working on datacentre, pharmaceutical projects either in the UK or Europe. Experience in overseeing with mechanical aspects will be advantageous. The responsibilities will include driving the Electrical Commissioning programme up to client handover, scheduling changes to programme using appropriate planning software, witness pre-commissioning testing and assist with all commissioning activities relating to HV Generators, UPS Systems, LV Distribution and SCADA systems. You will also preparre and perform Level 4 commissioning Test Scripts whilst witnessing and sign off on SAT’s on HV, LV Switchgear, UPS and Generators. You will also be required to work closey with other teams and participate in design review meetings including chairing daily/weekly commissioning meetings involving clients and sub-contractors.
The client offer a very competitive remuneration which in addition to the basic salary as above includes an uplift allowance of up to 10%, end of project bonus, daily living allowance, flights, local transport, accommodation & a comfortable rotation with immediate starts.
