Our client is a fast-growing Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Dublin. This contractor is seeking to employ a dedicated Site Manager with a trade background and Civil/ Groundworks experience to work in Galway. Please see the job description below.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of site and ensuring the quality of work is exceptional.
Ensuring the project is delivered on time.
Management and delivery of the project programmes.
Maintenance of accurate and reliable documentation on site.
Ensuring that all health and safety measures are in place.
Overall responsibility for managing quality on site and delivering the highest possible standards of quality for all projects.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Site Manager.
Ideally with civil/groundworks experience.
A Trade background is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
With ability to work on his/her own initiative.
With excellent IT skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
