Our Client a busy contractor require an Asta proficient MEP planner to work on a commercial and healthcare projects based in the Berkshire are. You will be an experienced planner with a min two years spent within building services working on commercial, mixed use projects. Responsibilities will include working with the Project Manager as part of a team with good communication Develop pre con, construction and commissioning programmes. Additional responsibilities will include
Understanding man hours, Labour loading, Histograms
Scheduling, Understanding of MEP systems
Maintaining and managing the programme
Manage and measure progress on site
Understand s curves Setup WBS Represent the company at project planning meetings - confident in communicating programmes Baseline the schedule.
