Our client a leading multinational M&E contractor operating across cross a number of different sectors including commercial, healthcare, industrial, data Centres, Life Sciences, Industrial, Commercial, and Substations require a BIM Coordinator reporting to the BIM Manager based on a datacentre project in West London with the responsibility for delivering 3D and 2D fully constructible and design compliant MEP co-ordination at both the preconstruction and construction phase of the project utilising the latest digital construction techniques and meet all operation milestones. You will be suitably qualified with minimum of 3+ years’ MEP experience within a BIM\Co-ordination with suitable qualifications in engineering, architecture, or design. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all models and drawings are detailed to a constructible standard and comply with the design intent Point of contact for all digital construction\BIM and co-ordination needs within their business unit and projects, reviewing EIR and Client BEPS, attending site project meetings aiding the construction process and acting as an adviser to the site management with regard to co-ordination solutions, auditing 3D and 2D deliverables to ensure internal standards are being adhered to, ensuring project handover documents are completed and issued to client, attending weekly internal and client co-ordination meetings when requested and support all parties working within the co-ordination process.
