Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale construction projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company operates across a wide range of sectors including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities.
Due to continued growth within the data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced ICT Supervisor – Structured Cabling to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Finland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all on-site ICT and structured cabling installation activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project management, MEP teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, the ICT Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating and driving the structured cabling scope through to successful completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all ICT and cabling installations are executed in line with design intent, programme requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
•    Supervise all ICT and structured cabling installation activities on a large-scale data centre project in Finland
•    Oversee installation of copper and fibre optic cabling systems, containment, and associated infrastructure
•    Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project programme
•    Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are achieved
•    Work closely with planning teams to develop and maintain construction schedules and progress tracking
•    Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all ICT works
•    Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
•    Identify and resolve technical and installation-related issues in a timely manner
•    Oversee testing, labelling, and commissioning of structured cabling systems
•    Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC) and project specifications
•    Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project phases
•    Drive a strong site culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration
•    Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures
