BMS Engineer - Netherlands - Data Centre

We're looking for a candidate to join Date Centre poject and take a responsibility for the BMS package. This includes overseeing its design development, engineering, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup. Directly reporting to the Project Manager - Mechanical, they will be tasked with managing all facets of the package, encompassing quality, progress, program adherence, and commercial aspects. Collaboration with in-house mechanical and electrical teams will be necessary to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of system requirements. Furthermore, the BMS Package Manager will review all technical submittals of equipment to ensure alignment with BMS design specifications.

Skills and qualifications sought:

• Proficient technical expertise in BMS systems and related products.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with effective reporting skills.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in roles associated with BMS.
• Familiarity with project planning, construction sequencing, and critical path analysis.
• Previous exposure to working in the Netherlands is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Solid comprehension of mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Prior experience in BMS testing and commissioning up to level 5.
