Assistant Site Manager – residential contractor – South London

Our client is an established award-winning residential contractor operating across London and the South East from seven regional offices. This contractor is a progressive organisation both in terms of construction processes & methodologies as well as investment in their employees. There is a huge emphasis placed on staff retention and development. Despite recent events their current work level and forward order book remains very strong and they are on a very strong financial footing.

The need now exists for an Assistant Site Manager to join the delivery team working on a new build development in South-East London.

This project is a relatively small scheme in comparison to other projects they have delivered – being a £6m new build of 18 apartments - but it comes with its own technical & logistical challenges. This role will report directly to the (on site) Project Manager. It will be an overall supervisory role managing the sub-contractors & trades teams delivering the scheme, however it is also likely to carry responsibilities of package management specifically for the internal fit out package and Q/A works

A strong level of I.T Literacy is required for this role along with the SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates

Our client is seeking applications from dynamic, driven and ambitious Assistant Site Managers who are looking to progress their career and move into a Site Management role (and beyond)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, stable & successful organisation that can offer genuine career stability and progression
