Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale construction projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company operates across a wide range of sectors including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities.
Due to continued growth within the data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Amsterdam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities, with a particular focus on structural steel and civil engineering works. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project management, engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, the CSA Construction Manager will play a key role in coordinating and driving the structural and civil packages through to successful completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all CSA works are executed in line with design intent, programme requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on a large-scale data centre project in Amsterdam
•    Oversee structural steel installation including fabrication coordination, erection sequencing, and interface management
•    Manage civil engineering works including groundworks, drainage, foundations, and reinforced concrete structures
•    Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project programme
•    Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are achieved
•    Work closely with planning teams to develop and maintain construction schedules and progress tracking
•    Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all CSA works
•    Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
•    Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues in a timely manner
•    Support construction sequencing, logistics planning, and integration with MEP packages
•    Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project phases
•    Drive a strong site culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration
•    Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures
