Health and Safety Manager - Data Centre - Germany, Frankfurt

We are in search of forward-thinking Health and Safety Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany. As the Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety programs across our projects in the Frankfurt region. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in construction safety, a dedication to ensuring a secure working environment, and the capability to lead a team in achieving our safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the Company’s EHS Management System on assigned projects. Foster a positive Health and Safety culture on-site in collaboration with Site Management, Contractors, and workers, promoting a safety-focused and continually improving environment. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and devise effective solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in safety regulations. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recognized Health and Safety Degree or Diploma
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent. 
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience. 
• Preferably, previous experience in Construction (Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, Commercial). 
• Proven track record as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
