Our client is established Mechanical & Electrical subcontractor. They undertake MEP packages on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors across the UK and Europe. Their European team primarily undertakes large HVAC / Mechanical packages on data centre and similar high-tech projects 

They have just secured a €50m mechanical package of works on a 50 MW data centre project in Frankfurt and we are now seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join the team 

This role is all about making sure everyone goes home safe and sound — setting the safety standards, keeping the site compliant, and creating a culture where safety isn’t just a rule, but a habit.

What They’re Looking For:
Solid experience managing HSE on large construction or MEP projects
A hands-on, approachable leader who can engage with teams on site
Strong knowledge of EU and German safety regulations
EU work rights (or valid visa)
A specific HSE qualification (Ideally the NEBOSH)
