Planning Manager - Data Centre - Finland
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.
Lead the development and management of the integrated master construction programme for a large-scale data centre project, ensuring all CSA, MEP, procurement, and commissioning activities are fully coordinated and aligned with key project delivery milestones.
Schedule Performance & Progress Monitoring
Oversee project schedule performance, monitoring progress against the baseline programme and producing regular progress reports, schedule analysis, and forecast updates to provide clear visibility to senior project leadership.
Planning Team Management
Manage and mentor the site planning team, ensuring consistent planning standards are maintained while supporting planners in programme development, progress measurement, and reporting across multiple project workstreams.
Trade Contractor Programme Coordination
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure detailed trade contractor programmes are integrated into the overall master schedule, particularly for complex MEP installation and commissioning activities typical of hyperscale data centre builds.
Risk Management & Programme Recovery
Identify programme risks, critical path constraints, and potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies and recovery plans to protect key milestones including electrical energisation, systems commissioning, and final client handover.
Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects including Data Centres
