Our client a well established M&E contractor require an Executive Personal Assistant professional providing a fully comprehensive PA/administration service to the Director and direct reports, including organising meetings, diary, travel arrangements etc based in their West London offices with a possibility of working from home a couple of days a week. The desired indvidual will be computer proficient and have 3 years experience gained ideally within a construction environment working as a Senior PA with a confident and professional attitude. Your responsibilities will include Proactively managing the scheduling of meetings with appropriate timescales, including the preparation of documents as required against tight timescales. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and collating the monthly management reports for distribution to senior managers, planning and co-ordinating basic to comprehensive travel itineraries by liaising with travel agents, airline, hotels etc. Additional responsibilities will include keeping holiday records for senior management team, general secretarial duties, such as filing, typing of correspondence, taking minutes of meetings and letters.
