  • Support installation, FAT/SAT, and on-site troubleshooting throughout project execution
  • Liaise with vendors, site contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth coordination and delivery
  • Work closely with site teams to align designs with construction and commissioning requirements
  • Contribute to QA/QC checks, equipment inspections, and performance testing
  • Review and generate deliverables from P&IDs and support electrical input for multidisciplinary coordination

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
  • 5–10+ years’ experience in E&I roles on large-scale industrial or oil and gas projects
  • Solid understanding of low-voltage distribution, hazardous area design, and instrumentation systems

  • In-depth knowledge of CEC, NFPA70, IEEE, and ISA standards
  • Ability to lead engineering scopes independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to be based on-site in Sweden for the duration of the project

What’s on Offer:

  • 110,000 – 120,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation 17/4 + €1,000 Living Cost p/m
  • Long-term opportunity on a flagship steel manufacturing project
  • Competitive compensation tailored to experience and leadership level
  • High-impact, senior engineering role with autonomy and responsibility
  • Exposure to major international industrial project delivery
  • Supportive team environment with potential for ongoing European project work
