Mechanical Supervisor – Gavle – Data Centre

We are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a Data Centre Project in Gavle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mechanical Installations:

Oversee all on-site mechanical systems installation, including HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC units, and fire suppression, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Coordinate with Stakeholders:

Liaise daily with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical services within tight data centre timelines.

• Ensure Compliance and Quality Control:

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local building codes; implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for all mechanical works.

• Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

Track daily and weekly progress of mechanical tasks, identify risks or delays, and provide regular updates to site management and clients.

• Manage Site Teams & Resources:

Lead and motivate on-site mechanical teams, allocate labour and materials efficiently, and ensure all activities meet productivity targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have EU Passport or Swedish RTW
• Mechanical Engineering Qualification or equivalent trades background
• 3+ years of experience in Mechanical supervision within large-scale Mechanical installations. 

Benefits

€70,000 - €80,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package
