Project Assistant - Brentford
The Project Assistant will report to the Construction Director and will also work closely with the Commercial Director across all projects.
The project assistant will provide administrative and management support to the construction and procurement team during all stages of the build process, including pre-construction, mid-construction and post-construction. The role would entail some travel from head office to site

- Support to the Construction Director
- Site Cover
- Overseeing small works (defects, return visits)
- Assistance with H and S documentation
- Assisting in site logistics
- Operations and Maintenance Manual management
- Site Meeting Minutes (occasional)
- Pre and Post construction documentation management
- Site staff training and holiday matrix management
Commercial/Procurement (occasional assistance)
- Sub-Contract Documentation including insurances, warranties, drawings, quotes, etc.
- Main Contract Documentation
- Assistance with buying
- Skills and Qualifications
Construction Management Experience
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Self-motivated, self-reliant, confident, flexible, organised, good communicator,
- MS Office package proficiency
- Knowledge of O and M compilation,
- A degree or trade background would be beneficial but not essential
- Driving license essential as some projects outside London
