We are looking for a talented and motivated Part 3 qualified Architect to join the in-house design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on projects from concept through to completion, collaborating closely with construction teams throughout the build process.
• Lead and manage architectural design work across all RIBA stages
• Collaborate with internal construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design intent is maintained
• Contribute to value engineering and problem-solving during live projects
• Liaise with planning authorities and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and other statutory requirements
• UK Part 3 qualified Architect with ARB registration
• Minimum 2 years post-Part 3 experience (Design & Build exposure preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering construction packages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; BIM experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
