Our client is a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across Ireland. With a strong reputation for excellence, the company operates across a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, retail spaces, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
With continued project growth across the Irish Midlands region, our client is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit-out packages on a range of commercial developments.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating and managing all on-site activities relating to interior works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives, the Site Manager will play a key role in driving programme delivery and maintaining site standards across multiple projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with project management, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all interior fit-out works are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate interior fit-out works on commercial construction projects across the Irish Midlands
• Supervise and direct site teams and subcontractors delivering interior packages including partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, and M&E interfaces
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project programme, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure quality control procedures are consistently maintained
• Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture across all site activities
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and programme-related issues
• Manage daily site operations, including planning, resource allocation, and work sequencing
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of method statements and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress updates for project management
• Ensure all interior works are delivered in line with client expectations and handover requirements
