CSA Engineer – Data Centre Projects (GVX – Sweden) We are working with a leading European data centre delivery contractor who are seeking experienced CSA Engineers to join a major project in Sandviken, Sweden. These are site-based engineering roles responsible for supporting the delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on a large-scale data centre project. You will work closely with QA/QC teams, subcontractors, and site management to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. These roles suit CSA Engineers who are confident working in fast-paced site environments and have strong coordination, technical, and quality assurance experience. • Inspect and verify CSA works to ensure quality standards are met • Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or similar)
€75,000 - €90,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance
Key Responsibilities
• Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with approved benchmarks
• Coordinate with QA managers and ensure timely submission of quality documentation
• Track subcontractor progress against programme and support site coordination
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and design reviews
• Review drawings and support resolution of technical site issues
• Monitor construction works and ensure installation aligns with drawings and specifications
• Raise, manage, and close snag lists using approved QA systems
• Carry out follow-up inspections and ensure defect-free handover
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
• Support lookahead planning and progress tracking activities
• Liaise with subcontractors to drive quality and programme performance
About You
• Experience as CSA Engineer / Site Engineer / Construction Engineer
• Experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects preferred
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methods and site execution
• Good knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced site environments
