Commercial Lead – €50m MEP Data Centre Package – Frankfurt

Step into a pivotal role as Commercial Lead for TSL’s €50 million MEP package on a cutting-edge data centre project. Join a market-leading contractor driving some of the most critical infrastructure developments across Europe.
 

Your role:

• Oversee all commercial functions including contract management, cost control, and procurement for a complex MEP data centre package.
• Manage risk, negotiate contracts, and lead financial forecasting aligned to ambitious programme milestones.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align commercial strategy with project delivery.

What you bring:

• Strong commercial expertise with significant experience in MEP infrastructure, ideally data centres.
• Deep understanding of NEC, JCT, or similar contract frameworks.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• EU Passport holders only — no CVs from current TSL employees or affiliates.

• €140,000 - €150,000 + full travel and accommodation + €1,500 net per month allowances.
