Our Client an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing a comprehensive range of specialist property related services, across all sectors, spanning the entire lifecycle of construction projects.
We are currently looking for a Senor PM to act in the role of Employers Representative on a €70-80m public works contract.
To work as head of a Director-led team with appropriate administrative and technical support and be responsible for training and supervising more junior members of the team.
Responsibilities, Skills and Experience required
Experience with the Government Construction Contracts Committee is desirable.
Experience acting as the ER / Contract Administrator on similar types of construction contracts.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project including responsibility for project delivery, achieving targets, resolving issues with clients and invoicing.
You’ll need to be RICS / CIOB / APM professionally qualified and have experience with a private practice or consultancy.
You’ll have significant experience in the role of a Project Manager or Employer’s Agent and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, design and build and contract administration.
You’ll have experience in the commercial / industrial and residential sectors and if you’ve worked in other sectors that would be a bonus.
