Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in setting out structures and groundworks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all activities.

• Conduct setting out surveys to establish reference points, lines, and levels for construction projects.

• Oversee groundworks activities, including excavation, foundation installation, and drainage systems.

• Monitor structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, and slabs to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.

• Maintain accurate records of site measurements, inspections, and progress reports.

Key Requirements:

• Has five years experience in a similar role.

• Ideally with pharma, industrial, and commercial experience.

• Main contractor experience is an advantage.

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer specializing in setting out structures and groundworks.

• Proficiency in surveying techniques, including the use of total stations and levels.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural engineering principles.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
