BIM Coordination Engineer – Data Centre Projects (Sweden) We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a BIM Coordination Engineer to join their on-site project team in Sweden. This is a key project delivery role supporting digital coordination across major MEP packages on a hyperscale data centre project. You will be responsible for clash detection, model coordination, and ensuring all BIM deliverables support construction sequencing and installation. This role suits a BIM professional with strong Revit and coordination experience who wants to work on complex mission-critical projects in a fast-paced site environment.
€75,000 - €85,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate BIM activities across mechanical, electrical and CSA packages
• Manage clash detection and resolve coordination issues across disciplines
• Produce and maintain 2D and 3D models, drawings and schedules in line with the BIM Execution Plan
• Deliver project coordination milestones to support programme and construction requirements
• Liaise with package managers, engineers and subcontractors on complex MEP installations
• Support model reviews, constructability checks and technical coordination workshops
• Assist in managing as-built model updates and handover documentation
• Support site teams with digital coordination and installation sequencing requirements
• Contribute to quality BIM outputs aligned with project standards and client expectations
• Support continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital delivery workflows
About You
• Degree in Engineering, Building Services or similar
• Strong experience in BIM coordination on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred
• Advanced Revit MEP knowledge with Navisworks coordination experience
• Good understanding of BIM execution planning and clash detection workflows
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisation and problem-solving capability
