We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Integration Manager to join their on-site project team in Finland.

This is a senior coordination role responsible for driving integration across CSA, MEP, telecoms, commissioning and client interfaces on a major hyperscale data centre project. You will manage complex interfaces, align stakeholders, and ensure all integration milestones are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

This role suits an experienced integration or project delivery professional who can coordinate multidisciplinary packages, manage technical interfaces, and drive programme performance across a complex live project.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate integration activities across CSA, MEP, telecoms and commissioning scopes
• Develop and manage the Integration Execution Plan across project delivery phases
• Act as key interface between construction, design, commissioning, and client teams
• Manage phasing deliverables, interface risks, and integration milestones across disciplines
• Chair integration meetings, workshops and progress reviews, driving accountability across teams
• Coordinate snagging, handover and commissioning readiness with client and subcontractor teams
• Support telecoms material procurement and installation planning activities
• Ensure integration activities align with programme, quality and HSE requirements
• Produce regular progress reporting across design, procurement, execution and handover stages
• Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to support seamless project delivery

About You
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Strong experience in integration, project delivery or multidisciplinary coordination roles
• Data centre, pharmaceutical or mission-critical project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA interfaces across complex construction environments
• Telecoms or ICT infrastructure experience would be advantageous
• Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple disciplines
• Strong planning, reporting and communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset
