Are you an experienced Cost Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia? We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Cost Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on luxury hospitality projects.
Role Overview: As a Senior Cost Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing cost management activities for prestigious luxury hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective cost control, accurate budgeting, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires consultancy experience specifically within luxury hospitality projects, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates with relevant expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert cost management consultancy services for luxury hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and manage cost planning, estimation, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to project budgets.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and risk assessments to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports, financial analysis, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address cost-related queries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cost management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Membership of MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of cost management principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior consultancy experience in luxury hospitality projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
