Location: West London Salary: £70.000 - £75.000 + package

MEP Project Manager - West London 

Our Client is a well-known, industry-leading building services provider that provides complete electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance services.

Design and construction projects worth between £1 million and £4 million were included in the work sectors.

A role

Working in our busy operational department, you will collaborate with others to successfully complete the project you have been given. In addition to being in charge of carrying out the work on site, you will also be held strictly accountable for quality, health and safety, and compliance.

  • Complete progress reports for up-line submittal.
  • Manage all day-to-day tasks onsite.
  • Work with our Commercial Department and provide technical assistance on variances / changes to the project where requested.
  • Act as on-site liaison with our client.
  • Attend DTM's with our clients and contractors. proactive project engineering in conjunction with our design meetings and pre-construction team
  • Obtain supplies and equipment as needed via our purchasing procedure
  • Complete KPIs for subcontractors and consultants to assess their performance.
  • Create and comply with MEP Construction programmes.
  • Project document control, access, and management this process across projects to all subcontractors and contractors on the project.
  • Provide general in-business support to other departments as directed.


The minimum prerequisite for this position is three years of experience in the same company in the same or a related role.

It would be highly suggested that you interview any candidates who have worked in their current position for more than ten years.

You will have a CSCS skills card, SMSTS certification, and appropriate industry experience when you are hired as the MEP project manager.
