Skills and Requirements:

• Essential third-level qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an M&E contracting environment.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is required.
• Remuneration package will be based on qualifications and experience.
• May be required to visit and support other project locations.

Job Description:

• Generating construction schedules for review and agreement with the client in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Developing fully resource and cost-loaded schedules.
• Ensuring the maintenance of construction schedules.
• Monitoring and comparing planned versus actual progress.
• Collaborating with construction team members to identify and log any issues impacting progress.
• Participating in site meetings, both internal and client-based.
• Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth or changes.
• Utilizing an internal database project control system.
• Ensuring that all progress is accurately recorded in system updates.
• Overseeing fabrication shops and site installation output.
• Using a database reporting system to disseminate information to the project team.
• Taking the lead in producing and coordinating the issuance of weekly construction reports.
