A leading Tier 1 contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, leisure, and other sectors, is seeking a Junior BIM Technician to join their growing digital engineering team in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and coordination of BIM models for a range of projects
Support the production of 3D models, drawings, and detailed construction information
Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and site personnel
Ensure models are maintained and updated throughout project lifecycle
Participate in clash detection and model reviews
Contribute to the implementation of BIM standards and protocols
Help prepare visualisations and presentations for client meetings
Maintain accurate records and project documentation
About You:
Qualification in BIM, Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or similar discipline
Some prior exposure to working with BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
Strong interest in digital construction and 3D modelling
Good communication and team-working skills
Keen to learn and develop technical knowledge in a dynamic environment
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Eligible to work in Ireland
