Key Responsibilities: 

• Implemnt and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with company standards and industry regulations. 
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices. 
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop strategies for prevention. 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety measures are implemented effectively on site. 
• Monitor and evaluate health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements: 

• NEBOSH qualification is essential. 
• Previous experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, preferably with a Tier One Main Contractor. 
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK and Europe.
