Electrical Project Manager - Dublin
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating the project team and overseeing project management on a day-to-day basis to ensure the achievement of key milestones and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for all financial and management aspects of the project.
- Oversee the project team, managing labor, and coordinating activities effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders.
- Uphold quality and health and safety standards in accordance with internal procedures.
- Demonstrate a commercial focus in project management.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering Electrical projects, from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, within stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Possess commercial and contractual competency with a good understanding of project Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Exhibit proven capabilities in managing an existing core cross-functional team and fostering team development.
This role offers exposure to various facets of expertise within the engineering, project management, and construction sectors. Skills and Requirements:
- Essential third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Background in an Electrical trade would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience in managing Electrical projects is advantageous.
- Excellent delegation and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team is crucial.
- Capability to work and collaborate effectively within the wider project team is necessary.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
