Electrical Project Manager - Dublin

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating the project team and overseeing project management on a day-to-day basis to ensure the achievement of key milestones and successful project delivery.


  • Assume responsibility for all financial and management aspects of the project.
  • Oversee the project team, managing labor, and coordinating activities effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders.
  • Uphold quality and health and safety standards in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Demonstrate a commercial focus in project management.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering Electrical projects, from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, within stipulated timelines and budgets.
  • Possess commercial and contractual competency with a good understanding of project Profit and Loss (P&L).
  • Exhibit proven capabilities in managing an existing core cross-functional team and fostering team development.

This role offers exposure to various facets of expertise within the engineering, project management, and construction sectors. The successful candidate will receive support in enhancing their knowledge and skills, leading to progression within and the opportunity to become a Chartered Engineer as their knowledge and responsibilities grow and evolve.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Essential third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Background in an Electrical trade would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
  • Experience in managing Electrical projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent delegation and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team is crucial.
  • Capability to work and collaborate effectively within the wider project team is necessary.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
