Our client is established Mechanical & Electrical subcontractor. They undertake MEP packages on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors across the UK and Europe. Their European team primarily undertakes large HVAC / Mechanical packages on data centre and similar high-tech projects

They have just secured a large mechanical package of works on a 18MW fast paced data centre scheme in Copenhagen, Denmark and we are now seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join the team

They’re after someone who knows their way around large-scale builds, can keep a section of works ticking along smoothly, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when needed. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground lead — managing operatives, keeping quality high, and making sure everything’s safe, tidy, and on programme.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising mechanical install teams on a key section of the project
Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and site leads
Keeping work to spec, to schedule, and to a high standard
Troubleshooting on-site issues and pushing progress forward
Reporting into the Project Manager and supporting delivery

What They're After:
Experience supervising mechanical installs (data centres or similar preferred)
Strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach
Able to read drawings and flag issues early
Someone reliable, organised, and good with people
EU work rights (or visa sorted)
