We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
Drive the production, development and clash free integration of detailed MEP models, ensuring multi discipline coordination aligns with project specifications and main contractor BIM protocols.
• Manage BIM Deliverables and Model Governance
Oversee model updates, audits, version control and quality checks across all subcontractor inputs, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant BIM outputs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Coordination Workshops
Run regular BIM and MEP coordination meetings with design teams, subcontractors and the site delivery team, clearly communicating issues, model changes and required actions to maintain programme alignment.
• Support Construction and Installation Teams
Translate complex MEP model data into clear, construction ready information including 4D sequencing, federated model views and installation layouts to support onsite build accuracy and minimise rework.
• Interface with Client and Project Stakeholders
Represent the main contractor in BIM related discussions, providing technical clarity, progress updates and data driven insights to ensure full transparency and confidence in the digital delivery process.
Must have previous experience on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden
