Location: Denmark, Denmark Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 + Full Rotational Package

Mechanical Supervisor – Data Centre – Copenhagen

We are currently partnered with a large MEP Subcontractor with presence across the UK and Europe. They have recently acquired a large MEP Package of works on a Data Centre construction project in Copenhagen. Due to this they are now actively seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the team.

Responsibilities

•    On-Site Mechanical Supervision
Oversee day-to-day mechanical installation works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.
•    Coordination & Planning
Coordinate mechanical works with other MEP disciplines, main contractor, and subcontractors, contributing to short-term planning, look-ahead schedules, and sequencing of activities.
•    Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all mechanical installations comply with project drawings, specifications, and applicable Danish regulations, carrying out inspections and managing snagging and close-out activities.
•    Health, Safety & Environment
Promote a strong safety culture on site, ensuring mechanical teams follow HSE procedures, RAMS, and safe systems of work at all times.
•    Reporting & Progress Tracking
Maintain accurate records of progress, labour, and materials, providing regular updates to project management and supporting commissioning and handover activities.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar position on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Denmark

Benefits

€70,000 - €75,000 + Full Rotational Package
