CSA Supervisor – Data Centre – Italy Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. Responsibilities • Oversee CSA Works – Supervise daily civil, structural and architectural activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications on a fast-paced data centre project. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Benefits €70,000 - €75,000 + Accommodation, 10/4 Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €160 net per week overseas allowance
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.
• Coordinate Trades & Subcontractors – Manage subcontractor teams on site, driving progress, resolving interface issues, and maintaining smooth collaboration between disciplines (CSA, MEP, fit-out).
• Monitor Safety & Compliance – Champion a strong health & safety culture, enforcing company procedures and Italian construction regulations across all CSA activities.
• Programme & Progress Control – Track and report on schedule performance, ensuring critical milestones are achieved, flagging risks, and supporting the project manager in recovery planning where needed.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation – Conduct inspections, verify materials, maintain records, and ensure works comply with ISO standards, client specifications, and data centre quality benchmarks.
Must have 3+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
