HSE Advisor – Data Centre – Frankfurt

We are currently partnered with a large MEP Subcontractor with presence across the UK and Europe. They have recently acquired a €50m MEP Package of works on a Data Centre construction project in Frankfurt. Due to this they are now actively seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the team.

Responsibilities

•    Site HSE Management
Provide dedicated HSE support for MEP activities on a large-scale Data Centre construction project, ensuring compliance with German legislation, client standards, and project HSE requirements.
•    Risk Assessment & Safe Systems of Work
Develop, review, and implement RAMS and task-specific risk assessments for mechanical and electrical works, ensuring safe execution across all site activities.
•    Inspections, Audits & Compliance
Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks, identifying hazards, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining high HSE standards across the project.
•    Training & Safety Culture
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings, actively promoting a proactive safety culture among MEP teams and subcontractors.
•    Incident Management & Reporting
Lead the investigation of incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports, root cause analysis, and preventative measures in collaboration with site management and client teams.

Requirements

Must be NEBOSH certified
Must have 5+ years’ experience on Data Centres or similar large-scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Germany

Benefits

€60,000 - €65,000 + Full Rotational Package
