MEP Lead – Data Centre Construction, Norway  

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced MEP Lead to manage the mechanical and electrical delivery on a major hyper-scale data centre project in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the MEP delivery from design coordination to commissioning and handover
Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and programme requirements
Coordinate with CSA, commissioning, and client teams to ensure seamless project integration
Oversee progress reporting, technical reviews, and issue resolution

Requirements:
Proven experience delivering complex MEP systems on large-scale or mission-critical projects
Data centre or high-spec building services background strongly preferred
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Willing to be based in Norway for the duration of the project
