€100,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month

A leading European data centre contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager (Fit-Out) to take full ownership of the civil, structural and architectural fit-out package on a major hyperscale project in Finland.
 

This role will focus heavily on internal fit-out delivery within a fast-track mission critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) fit-out package
• Oversee general internal fit-out works
• Manage site QA in collaboration with the project team
• Drive programme delivery alongside planners and project managers
• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Manage subcontractor performance, manpower and progress
• Chair weekly subcontractor meetings
• Monitor sequencing and scheduling to meet project milestones
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all CSA works
• Maintain quality standards through to handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• 7+ years’ experience within the CSA construction sector
• Strong background in managing large-scale fit-out packages
• Experience on data centre, industrial, or large MEP-integrated projects
• Strong scheduling and sequencing experience
• Proven team leadership capability
• Ability to manage both high-level programme and detailed technical delivery
