We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.
Take ownership of key electrical packages including LV/MV distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, containment and associated infrastructure, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and in line with project specifications.
• Oversee Electrical Subcontractor Performance & Site Execution
Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors on site, ensuring labour, materials and installation activities are effectively planned, monitored and delivered to maintain progress across critical project areas.
• Drive Quality Assurance, Compliance & Technical Standards
Implement robust QA/QC procedures across all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, inspection and test plans, and relevant European electrical standards.
• Manage Electrical Design Queries & Construction Coordination
Review electrical drawings and technical submissions, raise and resolve RFIs, manage red-line updates and ensure installation works align with the latest approved design information.
• Monitor Programme Progress, Risks & Commercial Performance
Track package progress against the master schedule, lead look-ahead planning, identify risks and constraints, and support the commercial team in managing variations, valuations and subcontractor performance.
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
