A leading contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage electrical installations on commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects in London.

This role focuses on electrical package delivery, subcontractor management, and ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installation from design to handover
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Track programme, costs, and variations
• Liaise with clients and site teams
• Support commissioning and handover documentation
• Drive QHSE performance

Requirements

• 4+ years electrical project management experience
• Main contractor background essential
• Commercial fit-out or building services experience
• Strong MEP knowledge
• Programme and cost control expertise
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
