We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager for a leading contractor in Pharma/Cleanroom environment in North East England. Our client is a leading contractor focused on operating across Europe and has become engineering & construction services provider of choice in growth segments such as pharmaceuticals, data centers, life sciences, industrial, commercial, and power transmission, and distribution. As an ideal Site Manager, you will have a strong background in delivery of large complex projects and other engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Initiate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects.
Conduct site assessment to identify the project requirements, risks, and opportunities.
Team up with stakeholders to specify project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Identify and distribute resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Oversee all the site construction activities ensuring that works are performed safely and effectively following the project plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Carry out quality control measures and procedures to identify and address construction errors and deficiencies.
Manage project costs, cash flows, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Prepare regular updates on project progress, milestones and issues and address stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
Degree in Construction Management/ Engineering or related field.
10+ years’ experience in Site Management role within Pharma/Cleanroom contracts.
Proven track record in delivering complex projects in the clean/dry room, pharma/ EV (Electric Vehicle) battery manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing, processes & equipment is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within budget and schedule.
Proven record of accomplishment in cleanroom construction and related mechanical & electrical installation.
Strong verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management softwares and tools.
