Our company is currently recruiting an experienced M&E Project Manager to be working in West London for a leading Main Contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers top notch services. As M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical projects including planning, execution and delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within the budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements Includes:
Initiate detailed project plans, schedules and budgets for electrical and mechanical projects.
Conduct site assessment to identify the electrical and mechanical project requirements, risks and opportunities.
Team up with stakeholders to specify project goals, deliverables and success criterias.
Identify and distribute resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Oversee all the site construction activities ensuring that electrical & mechanical works are performed safely and effectively following the project plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor electrical & mechanical progress, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Carry out electrical & mechanical quality control measures and procedures to identify and address construction errors and deficiencies.
Manage project costs and cash flows and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Prepare regular updates on electrical & mechanical project progress, milestones and issues, and address stakeholder concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Degree in Construction Management/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years’ experience in M&E Project Management role.
Proven track record in delivering M&E projects within construction.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, methods and codes.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within budget and schedule.
Strong verbal & written communication and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in mechanical & electrical project management softwares and tools.
