Location: Birmingham Salary: to c£60k + car allowance
Our Client a busy and well established contractor require a Senior Mechanical Supervisor/Manager to work on a large healthcare project based in the Midlands You will be suitably qualified with a gold CSCS , SSSTS and at least 5 years experience of working as a mechanical supervisor within the health care, life sciences environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the mechanical site remit, overseeing the installation of air source heat pumps , HVAC systems , medical gases , plumbing works , BMS and with an overview of whole electrical packages successfully whilst reporting to the Project Manager. You will also be responsible for delivering toolbox talks and maintaining materials, plant and employee management control. You will maintain quality assurance control and communication channels through regular attendance to site meetings, using leadership on a daily basis across whilst evaluating site progress against master schedules and maintaining H&S standards.
