Project Director – Data Centre Construction, Norway  

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a hyper-scale data centre project in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
•    Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality, programme, and budget targets are met
•    Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
•    Drive a collaborative, performance-focused culture on-site

Requirements:
•    Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction projects – hyperscale/data centre experience preferred
•    Strong leadership, commercial, and technical skills
•    Design & Build experience essential
•    Willing to be based in Norway for the duration of the project,
