Mechanical Lead – Data Centre Construction, Norway  

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Lead to manage the mechanical systems on a large-scale hyper-scale data centre project in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full mechanical scope from design coordination through installation to commissioning
Manage subcontractors to ensure delivery meets safety, quality, and schedule targets
Coordinate with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams for seamless integration
Lead issue resolution, progress tracking, and reporting

Requirements:
Proven experience delivering mechanical systems on large or mission-critical projects
Data centre or complex MEP background preferred
Strong leadership, technical, and coordination skills
Willing to be based in Norway for the duration of the project
