A design-led consultancy delivering high-specification pharmaceutical, biotech and regulated manufacturing facilities is seeking an Electrical Design Lead / Associate Director.
 

This is a senior leadership role with a defined progression route to Director, aligned with the company’s expansion across life sciences projects.

The Role

• Lead electrical design on GMP & pharmaceutical projects
• Oversee LV distribution & standby power systems
• Design power infrastructure for laboratories & process equipment
• Lead and mentor electrical design teams
• Act as senior client interface
• Contribute to business development & strategic growth
• Sign off technical deliverables

What They’re Looking For

• Strong consultancy background (essential)
• 10+ years electrical building services design
• Pharmaceutical / life sciences experience
• Experience in regulated / GMP environments
• Chartered or working toward IET
• Leadership ambition aligned to Director progression
