Our client is a specialist modular fit-out contractor delivering high-quality interior fit-out works, including suspended ceilings, drylining, partitioning, and carpentry, across data centre and pharmaceutical projects in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving the delivery of modular fit-out works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating subcontractors, on-site teams, and client representatives, providing a real opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the client, design teams, and on-site operatives to deliver high-quality interior fit-out solutions while gaining exposure to multi-phase, high-profile projects and fast-tracking their career progression.
• Lead the planning and day-to-day delivery of modular fit-out works, including suspended ceilings, drylining, partitioning, and carpentry
• Coordinate and motivate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality results
• Develop, monitor, and update project programmes to keep works on track
• Support project budget management and cost monitoring
• Ensure health & safety compliance and promote safe working practices on site
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure scope and quality standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and client updates
• Identify potential risks and work proactively to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and delivery across multi-phase works
