Electrical Lead – Data Centre Construction, Norway  

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to oversee the electrical scope on a major hyper-scale data centre project in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage the end-to-end delivery of all electrical systems, from design through commissioning
•    Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and the client to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and programme goals
•    Oversee testing, commissioning, and energisation of high-voltage and low-voltage systems
•    Provide technical leadership and ensure timely resolution of electrical issues

Requirements:
•    Extensive experience in electrical delivery on large-scale or mission-critical projects
•    Strong background in data centres or high-tech infrastructure
•    Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills
•    Willing to be based in Norway for the duration of the project
