Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Fit out – North Dublin

We are currently partnered with a Design and Build contractor experienced in; Offices, Retro-Fitouts, Industrial, Commercial Fit-Out, Food & Beverage, Retail and Leisure projects. Due to their continued success, they are actively seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North Dublin.

Responsibilities

•    Subcontract Procurement & Package Management:
Assist in procuring subcontractor packages in line with project budgets and timelines. Manage tender processes, conduct comparisons, and support contract award in coordination with the commercial lead.
•    Cost Reporting & Budget Control:
Monitor project costs, track variations, and support monthly commercial reporting. Maintain accurate cost records and assist in preparing CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations) to ensure financial visibility.
•    Valuations & Payment Applications:
Prepare and submit interim valuations and payment applications to clients. Certify subcontractor payments and ensure all financial documentation aligns with project progress and contractual terms.
•    Change Management:
Identify, value, and manage variations and changes to the works. Ensure all variations are documented, costed, and agreed in a timely manner to protect project margins.
•    Commercial Support to Project Teams:
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and the design team to align commercial and construction objectives. Contribute to risk management, value engineering, and programme reviews from a commercial perspective.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification
Must have 2-3 years post graduate experience, preferably within a similar field
Must be based within commutable distance of North Dublin

Benefits

€55,000 - €60,000 + Benefits
