Our client, a leading delivery partner specialising in Data Centre Solutions with expertise spanning the entire lifecycle of data centre projects, is actively looking for a highly skilled and experienced CSA QA/QC Manager. As CSA QA/QC Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities related to Civil, Structural, and Architectural systems and installations within the projects ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications, striving to deliver high-quality mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Establish and implement a comprehensive QA/QC program for CSA installations including policies, procedures, and inspection protocols.
Present the CSA project quality plan for approval to the client.
Establish quality standards & acceptance criteria for CSA works ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Manage regular inspections of CSA installations to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulations.
Carry out quality control checks and tests on CSA equipment & systems.
Coordinate with engineers, project management team, and stakeholders to conduct inspections as needed and review testing reports for accuracy and completeness.
Arrange comprehensive QA/QC documentation for inclusion in project closeout packages and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Work together with project teams to address CSA QA/QC related issues and provide timely updates on QA/QC status and progress.
Preparation of weekly CSA QA/QC reports from inspections including issues found and corrective actions implemented.
Participate in QA/QC meetings and contribute to the best of your knowledge.
Third level qualifications in CSA Engineering or related field.
Strong Civil, Structural, and Architectural background is beneficial.
Proven years of experience in QA/QC management roles.
Strong understanding of CSA installation & commissioning.
Strong organisation, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in QA/QC management software and tools.
