We are currently hiring a Contract Manager to join our dynamic team for a prestigious pharmaceutical project based in Oxford. As the Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project operations, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Requirements: 

  • Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering. 
  • Extensive experience in managing contracts within the construction industry, preferably in cleanroom projects. 
  • Possession of health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH. 
  • Proven track record in managing teams and ensuring project milestones are met. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines. 
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, implementing measures to maintain a safe working environment. 
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to address any issues and ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Utilize your engineering expertise to provide technical guidance and solutions as needed. 
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
